Lockhart also enjoys an increasing fan base as a lifestyle blogger and works for popular Clean Beauty company Ilia. Her birthplace didn't come having a left-handed hand, which is why she's what she is. But that's far from the full story. Lockhart's Twitter profile does not ignore her being disabled and does not focus on it. The profile is a statement. It's this That we all carry many identities, we're far more complicated than we believe we are. Lockhart states in the video Lockhart in a video interview "I am not convinced that my physical appearance is what defines me. My goal is not to have an impact on disabilities because I've got so much more to offer." The issue doesn't affect my everyday activities. I conduct my business as usual and have developed different ways of adapting. But, I consider it a very important part of myself. Lockhart has served as an excellent inspiration to her fellow women in the area of acceptance of oneself. She admits that she's been through phases with her body, at times, feeling insecure to wear specific types of clothes which showed the arms of her. Nowadays, she can wear whatever she likes. She also posts pictures on social media. Self-love she said is a process. "I don't think you will ever be in that place," she said. It's a fact that I see common to everyone regardless of what they are struggling with. I believe that it's really essential to surround yourself with people who are able to discern and understand your heart.
