Her three younger siblings accompanied the actress on her journey to Dayton Ohio where she was born. In 2006, Thompson and her family relocated out of Ohio and into Australia. Thompson completed her high school in 2005, and traveled for five years across the globe after graduating and then made the move in New York for a modeling career. Her successful modeling career opened the door to her acting. The professional path she chose to pursue began when she completed her acting studies at Strasberg Studio & Herbert Berghof Studios. Since her beginnings doing voice-overs for guests to now becoming a successful actor of her own she has achieved a huge deal. It's her incredible voice and acting skills that have inspired many new stars of show business. Andrea Thompson has two kids and has a mom who was married two times. The actress played Genele Ericson on the soap drama Falcon Crest in 1989. In 1989, she was cast as nurse Helen Caldwell. The film starred John Candy Emma Samms Mariel Hemingway, Raymond Burr, and Mariel Hemingway in leading roles. It was not a huge success at the American box office. In 1992, the actress appeared as a special guest on the film Civil Wars. Talia was cast in the sci-fi show Babylon 5 in 1992 as Talia. The drama ended after the second season. The actor got married in 1987 David Guc whom she then divorced in 90. Thompson's son Alec was born in the year 1992. The father of the boy remains unknown. She went on to marry the actor Jerry Doyle in 1995. They have a son named Al. They divorced in 1997.
