I worked for months, working 12- hour days cleaning floors and tearing down wallpaper with one baby strapped to my back while the other babies were crawling inside the playpen. Ha! Not only was my business expanding, but so was my sweet family too. Being a new mom, I found the right balance to both start my own business as well as become a great mother. It is likely that I'd have laughed had somebody had informed me that my business was going to be part of a forthcoming tv program in the DIY Network. When I look back, it still makes me smile.
